July 2025 Odd cafe because it is vegan in concept. But they pretty much take their coffee seriously as reflected in both brew and barista Ralph who was very open to explain the pour overs we ordered as well as his nuanced technique in handling the 2 month old roast. Gave us a lot of timely and knowledgeable tips as well. Place is a buzz of remote working activity and lots of flow from the nearby remote working space. The cafe is accessible from the elevator to the 7th floor.
This cafe is located on the 7th floor of a building. Once you got off the floor, just head to your right and you'll immediately see the cafe. They have a white signage at the entrance on the ground of the building so you won't miss it. I like the unique feel of the cafe (fitting for Odd) with its bare concrete walls and floor, mixed with neon lights and pops of colors, and the combination of different materials and shapes with the furniture and decor. The oddity doesn't stop with the interior, it's also on how they name their menu items and how they introduce not so common flavor combinations but I feel like they could introduce crazier combinations that will really make your head tilt. They offer signature mixes and even interesting savory food. I had the French Kiss which lived up to its description of a locked mix between espresso, vanilla, and cinnamon. I would also like to commend how they train their staff. They saw how full my hands were so they offered to serve my coffee at the table. My card was giving an error on the machine and they proactively showed me the history transaction just to assure me it wasn't charged on my account. I think those small things shows how well prepared they are in showing care for their customers. Lastly, I love that they use their extra space to give opportunities to small business and artists. There was a flea market and I got to purchase some self-made art stickers and keychains.
📍 ᴏᴅᴅ ᴄᴀꜰᴇ | ᴍᴀᴋᴀᴛɪ - Saw the place popping up a few times by various Manila based cafe hoppers so I had to take the chance to visit Odd Café before flying back home. Located on the 7th floor of the Finman Building, it already feels like a secret spot. As soon as you exit the elevator and turn right, you’re greeted by a space that’s both industrial and playful. Concrete, pops of color, quirky furniture, and a glow from neon signage that gives it real personality. Their concept leans fully into the "odd," from the décor down to the drink names and flavor profiles. Their (limited?) special “Peppah Peach”, a peach tea-based drink with a twist of black pepper. I was intrigued by the combo, and honestly? I can see where they were trying to go with it. However, with fresh black pepper it just floats on the top. It might have been better as an infusion or black pepper syrup, otherwise very refreshing. What stood out even more was the staff. Genuinely helpful and proactive, they made the visit feel personal. When I was juggling too many things, someone immediately offered to bring my drink to my table. Small gesture, big impact. What threw me off, though, was that it was served in a paper cup, even though the photo of the drink was in a glass. I know it’s a small thing, but it’s one of my pet peeves.
I recently visited Odd Café in Makati, located on the 7th floor. Their coffee was amazing, and the staff was very helpful. The café is beautifully designed, with comfortable seating areas and a relaxed vibe. Despite the name “Odd Café,” there’s nothing odd about it—everything is incredibly well put together. A great spot to enjoy quality coffee and unwind.
Odd Café is such a nice spot — super aesthetic and cozy! I tried their French Kiss, which was on the sweeter side but still really good. My friends had the Cereal Killer and Ditzy Mermaid, and they both loved theirs too. What really stood out was the service 👌 They actually adjusted our drinks based on preference — they made mine less sweet and gave my friend just one espresso shot since she’s not a coffee person. Love when cafés go the extra mile like that!
Odd cafe is definitely an odd cafe. Ordered the Mud Shot, it was great and the coffee is quite strong, but I am leaning more on the French Kiss. Would probably order it next time I purchase here. The ambiance was very good I can sleep there. This place is good for minimalists, artists, and people who need quiet and cozy environment. The staff are also very polite.
Their coffee was unique and its good too. The space was aesthetic (good place to hangout for the young people). Medyo ang tagal lang nung preparation nung food.
Tucked in the heart of Makati, Odd Café offers a calm escape from the city’s bustle with its warm lighting, minimalist interiors, and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The long black coffee is exceptional. Their pastries are just as impressive, I’ve had the double chocolate cookie and banana bread, and it’s perfectly balanced. Will defo try the cakes next! The atmosphere is effortlessly aesthetic and the music is perf, they have a separate space for people who wants to work with sockets available in some areas Whether you're popping in for a quick caffeine fix or settling in for a while to pass the rush hour like me, Odd Café is my go to coffee shop.
Went here for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Great place! Spacious but not crammed with much seating so it wasn’t cramped. Though at busy times you might not find a seat/table because of this. Nice atmosphere at least. Just had one drink, a non-coffee one. Didnt try their pastries but they looked decent. My drink was some Tokyo thing. Forgot the name haha. Anyways, it was okay. Perhaps their coffee or matcha is better. Staff are professional and courteous. No complaints with the service. There’s free wifi! I did a little work on my laptop. Overall a pleasant experience and wouldn’t mind coming back. Try it out if you haven’t yet!
My friend and I found this coffee shop while walking through Salcedo Village. Their French Kiss coffee is a must-try and definitely lives up to its reputation as one of their top sellers. The staff are friendly, the place is stylish with a moderate level of noise, but still perfect for remote work. I’ll definitely return here to try their other menu items :)
